Letter Packet

Medical and dental school applicants may choose to utilize PHA's recommendation letter storage and delivery service even if they are not receiving a Composite Letter. PHA will collect and deliver at least three and a maximum of four recommendation letters into a Letter Packet, combined into one PDF and sent to centralized application services (CAS) upon request.
Students are eligible to apply for a letter packet as a junior, senior, and alum up to two years post-graduation

Instructions for applying for a Letter Packet, through the LOR Hub, will be made available in May each year. Applications are processed and delivered on a rolling basis from May-August.
